Radcliffe Athletic Club members enjoyed bright and icy cross country conditions at Heaton Park.

In the men’s 10k race, Radcliffe’s first finisher was Craig Norman who was 32nd in 40:35. Rob Shiels ran 41:33 – just hours after clocking 22:51 in the 5k parkrun at the same venue – and also running were Ian Swan (43:59) and Simon Foulkes (45:24). The men’s team was ninth.

In the junior events, Lucas Paxton ran 11:30 in the 2k under-11s boy’s race while Aoife Warr clocked 12:02 over the same distance in the girls’ race.
